The importance of the topic of export controls for quantum technologies is increasing, not least due to geopolitical changes. It is therefore time for universities, non-university research institutions and companies to take a closer look at this topic. We cordially invite you to attend.
We are pleased to welcome Jochen Kuck from Forschungszentrum Jülich as a speaker. He is a licensed lawyer and in-house lawyer and has been working in the field of export control for many years – both as in-house counsel at the FZJ and as an independent lawyer. His focus is on the interface between export control, academia and international cooperation – with a particular focus on China and research security. In this context, he has already conducted numerous training courses for universities and research institutions.
